I think my child has ADHD?
My Daughter goes to preschool every day but recently her teacher has being telling me that her attention spam has become very bad and she has trouble following instructions, she also gets distracted easily and will not take part in group activities. I have noticed at home that she has trouble listening to me or her father talking to her because she finds it hard to focus on anything for long periods of time. On the other hand she is very smart, is very good with number's and can speak very clearly, i've also noticed that she has a very active Imagination, she has imaginary friends and she sometimes speaks to them when we're in a public place's. I'm really worried about her, or is it just a phase?
Go to your G.P he/she will do a check and if necessary they will refer you for specialist guidance and they will also refer you to other agencies for help and advice.
