Ideas for colors AND shapes math or science activity?

I have to create a lesson for my preschool class using the theme colors and shapes. It has to be either a math or science lesson involving both colors and shapes. I've had a hard time finding one with both colors and shapes. I'm staying away from worksheets because my teacher doesn't want us to use them and it has to be appropriate for kids 3-5 years old. If anyone has ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
